ADY emails from enquiries@thegablesdentalpractice.co.uk (outlook) they stopped arriving since 28/3 thats the last one to come the ISP company say that are talktalk blocking them? I have a text message from them saying Unblock our IP address - 212.103.249.164 The Gables Dental Practice please look into this for me just saying that when I send a message to enquiries@thegablesdentalprictice.co.uk or reply to theres when they did come they are arriving at the dentists from me ok thanks pat

Thanks paja32, I've added that domain to the incident. I'll post back once I hear from the incident team.

I have a similar problem and so do many other customers.
Why do TalkTalk fail to solve the problem once and for all?
Technical incompetence and lack of customer care seem the likely reasons.
