Been receiving emails from TalkTalk to a Tiscali account. Since 5/5/24 not been receiving any emails to this account. My TalkTalk email accounts work OK as does my other Tiscali email address.
Why is my service interuppted??

Lets start again, I have 5 email address's for my TalkTalk mail account. Two of them are Tiscali and three of them are TalkTalk.
Since 5/5/24 emails from TalkTalk to one of my Tiscali adresses have not been downloaded to Thunderbird email client running under Windows 10. My othe four email addresses, both talktalk and tiscali are working OK. Ican send emails from both tiscali and talktalk email addresses to the tiscali address in question but they never arrive. I cand send emails from the tiscali account in question to any any of my four other adresses and they arrive ok. Looking in talktalk mail at the address in question shows all the emails correctly and is upto date. They are not being downloaded to Thunderbird running under windows 10.
What's wrong and how is it fixed???

Hi Stiglet, have you checked the account in webmail or only in another mail client? The system is showing alot of unread mail in the account you used to register for the community.
