Account Deactivate Messaged on Email

Hi I’m trying to log into my email but I’m getting a user deactivated message ‘User is deactivated (AUTHORIZATION-0001)‘. It’s a tiscali email and I am a current talktalk broadband customer. I’ve done the live chat and they said someone will get back to me in 2-3 days but that’s too long!! Can anyone help? Thanks
