About one week ago, I was unable to send any e-mails from my talktalk e-mail address (XXXXX@tinyworld.couk ). The message was '550.5.7.1 Reject for policy reasons' .Over the course of a day or so, Iwas also unable to receive e-mails. After a very long conversation with TalkTalk customer services, I was told that someone would get in touch within the next two working days. Nobody called me, but I did get a message advising me to change my password, which I did. I was able to send and receive messages again, until Friday (Jan.3ist), when it failed again, with the same reason being given for not sending the e-mail. Up to now, I am able to receive e-mails. Whether I try to use my account through Outlook or by logging on to talktalk webmail, the result is the same -it does not work.
Maybe I am expecting too much, but it would be helpful if someone from Talktalk could explain why what happened, happened.
Why is this happening and can it be fixed ? I will not be in contact for the period from February 4th until February 20th., but I would like to think that someone from TalkTalk could look at the problem in the meantime, and get in touch with me for when I return.
