Error message appears when sending emails:  <Wrong or missing login data to access e-mail transport server 127.0.0.1. Please check associated account's settings/credentials.>

I am receiving mail, albeit NOT to my outlook service, but am unable to send emails to anyone! \how do I get this corrected?

My talktalk email went down 2 days ago (dec 25) unable to send. Webmail works ok but my Android phone and laptop - which work perfectly normally now say the password is wrong....nothing has been changed. After waiting a long time on line I got a message saying there is a problem and BT Openreach are working on it - no results as yet. Anyone else having the same problem?

Hi brough, that incident was fixed yesterday. Your mail should be working normally now.

Hi @brough  as you will have noticed TT are having a difficult time with email at the moment. They are aware and working on it but no timescale for resolution as yet.I strongly suspect that there are changes going on in the background which are causing these issues. Hopefully they will be completed sooner than later. Your post has been escalated.
