Have been using blue mail for many years with both a TalkTalk and a Gmail address. Last night when trying to send a TalkTalk email it wouldn't go and I got the message (my TalkTalk email address) was unable to send an email. The message was moved to Drafts folder.
Error: 550.5.7.1 reject for policy reasons. My Gmail address still works perfectly. All settings are correct and I can send from webmail however if I send a message to myself from webmail it goes into spam in both webmail and blue mail. TalkTalk not getting back in touch so need help please

I have never heard of a rejected email returned by TalkTalk webmail, being put into the Drafts folder.
It should be returned to the Inbox folder.
That sounds very weird.

Thank you for confirming, there might be a rule assigned to the email that is why the emails are going to your draft, can you kindly try the below and let me and then try again to send your email and let me know how it goes.
click the Settings icon, View all settings, Mail, select Rules and see if there is a list of rules on your account.

Hi Mandissa. Firstly thanks for reaching out. This morning i have tried sending emails to several addresses from my phone, my tablet my laptop and direct through talk talk Web mail. I am now getting the following message each time. (my email address) was unable to send an email. The message was moved to Drafts folder. Error: 554.5.7.1 sender address rejected: you are blocked sending mail. It seems like my talk talk email address has become toxic for some reason. Please help

Hi @Steve11910 I understand your frustrations, I will do my best to resolve your issue, can you use a different browser to access your TalkTalk email and try to send the email to your Gmail address and let me know if it goes through?

Yes it happens to any address I try to send to. I'm not using outlook I only use blue mail and use my phone. I get the impression that you are a robot because you don't seem to listen or act logically. If you can help me please do if not don't waste my time and I will organise cancelling my TalkTalk account and move elsewhere. I have left several messages on your telephone number who always promise to call me back but never do. I have been with TalkTalk for many many years now but this level of customer service is unacceptable.

Yes it drops everything into drafts folder. Just to confirm all settings for outgoings and incoming are correct according to TalkTalk website
