Be careful when you unsubscribe. If it's junk mail, you are confirming to spammers your email exists and this will increase the amount of junk mail you get.
How do you access your emails? Most email clients, whether web accessed or by app will have some means of marking emails as junk and blocking addresses. It's usually a visible button on the email in question or by drop down menu.
Also, they have a help function under a menu and searching this should give you the answer you seek.
