Hi, I forgot to update the setting to access my tiscali email on my iphone from an old POP setting to the current IMAP setting, and I think as a result my email access is now restricted to webmail only. I was wondering how I can request that my mailbox is restored to "normal function" please. Thank you.

Hi giuliaf, I've added your mailbox to those to be restored to normal function. Please allow 48 hours for the change to complete.
