Are you still a Talktalk customer, @watteau?

If you left very recently, Talktalk will send you a link to subscribe to Everymail. Otherwise, this should only affect people who left long since and used webmail or Mailplus:

If you are still a current customer, there's a mistake in the system which means you may be using a legacy address from having an account previously and returning to Talktalk, or using one that Talktalk took over. Talktalk has lost track of the link between these addresses and current Talktalk broadband customers' accounts.

You must contact Talktalk on 03451 720088 (after 9am) or Chat (via My Account, after 8am) and ask them to complete a webform to process on your behalf to reassociate the email address (es) with your current Broadband account.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link in the post at the top of any forum message board.
