Cannot set up talk talk email in outlook can anyone help please.
email, password all correct and imap and smpt settings

Just to add to the advice given, this can sometimes be "cured" by deleting the email account within Outlook, closing the program, then opening and re-adding using IMAP settings.
There is no guarantee that if it works the settings will hold as Outlook can be very temperamental at best.
As @KeithFrench says, Thunderbird is much more stable, but if you are paying for Outlook you will want that to work.

Even if set up correctly, Outlook does seem to be prone to bugs. I personally use Thunderbird, which just works.
However, I can provide you with the correct setup (I am not saying that you have done anything wrong) if you want.

Thanks for reply just sat nearly 2 hours trying to sort it. Have got classic outlook open but shows no emails in inbox or any sent emails.
I have talktalk set up on my iPad, can send an email to my talktalk email and it’s there in the iPad inbox.
