I get 'User is deactivated AUTHORIZATION-0001' message on phone when I try to sign in. I can still access my emails on my laptop. I understand that my mailbox has just been migrated to a new mail platform. Following the advice seen here, I have deleted the old Bookmark and tried sign in to Talk Talk Mail, but the link leads to nowhere. Then tried to log in to both https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/appsuite/ and https://apps-legacy.talktalk.co.uk/appsuite/ but neither link leads anywhere. Can you help?

An incident is being worked on that you can view on the My Connection dashboard - scroll down to the service status reports page.
When that incident is resolved you should be able to sign in.
Select here: Sign in to TalkTalk Mail
Enter your full TalkTalk Mail email address, select Continue and enter the password, select Sign in.
Delete the legacy-apps bookmark as the mailbox is no longer on the former mail platform.
