cannot access doctor web site

Our  doctor is at felixstowe road surgery (https://www.felixstoweroadmedicalpractice.co.uk/) and we cannot access their site, get "this site can't be reached"
Tried 4 computer systems, w7 w10 and w11 using google chrome and edge.
3 friends who are not on talktalk can get on without problems using the attached link

Do you have any pop up or adblockers installed?

 

If you do try whitelisting the domain.

 

Also if you use Homesafe, try whitelisting the domain there.
