Hi I cannot send emails from my iphone , or laptop ( using outlook ) I can send on webmail. I have not changed anything for months . Why is this happening again?

I have looked at the guide and nothing seems to cover or help me , but I am not very technical .
However I hade repeated issues over the last 2-3 years with inability to send emails , Gondola was helpful and whenever I raised the question the problem resolved itself I have no idea why I have the issues

Ok i have tried again in the last 5 minutes and it has worked OK It is beyond me why this happens every now and again ?

Ok thanks for confirming. So just to confirm, it sends ok when using webmail but not when using an email client? Did you check the email settings in the help guide in my last post?

How many recipients are you sending the email to? Is this still happening? Have you also had a look at the below Help Guide?
If you get this message, the chances are you're trying to send to a large group of people so we suggest retrying with a smaller group.
