Tiscali.co.uk Emails not been Received

Hello,

Not receiving tiscali.co.uk e-mails this morning on android & windows devices. 

Was working fine up to last night.

Can still send tiscali.co.uk e-mails on android and windows devices.

No settings have been changed.

Is this a platform wide problem ?

How can I please retrieve via TalkTalk my tiscali.co.uk emails account on my home pc?  It went missing when I changed computer via a shop;  but emails will have been coming to that Inbox.   

I moved to a gmail emails account which I use via the pc.  Can I use both or either email address?
