contacts not receiving my emails

In the last few months , a lot, but not all of the emails have i have sent not been received , They are in my sent box and no message to say they could not be delivered has been received .

junk mail has been checked , some of these are to email addresses that I have used frequently , some are replies . any ideas !!

@SmudgesDad and @leungfx4TB, this is an old thread.

 

It helps make Talktalk more aware of an issue if you each start a new topic. It also helps avoid any confusion in the thread replies.

 

Not all issues have the same cause, despite apparent similarities.

I have just noticed I have the same problem with at least one specific email address. It doesn't matter if I send the email using Outlook 2010 client or webmail, the email never gets delivered.  I can send emails from this specific email address to my Tiscali email but not the other way around. Any ideas? There may be other email addresses that I am not aware of.

I also have had the same problem with contacts not receiving emails. I use Out;ook in Office 2016 Pro and every month I send an email to 30 contacts using BCC .

Most were received but at least 3 did not reach the contact. I tried sending an email to one of these contacts but it was not received.  Nor were replies to the email sent from that contact using Reply icon. How can I trust emails to be received by the recipient.

Have they been sent from webmail or are you using an email client?
