Great I am now receiving my e-mails from Tescos but I am still not receiving e-mails from edf - hello@edfenergy.com so I am unable to communicate with them or log in to my edf account as they require my password resetting due to a recent update of their system

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
