I am still unable to send e mails error 554 5.7.1 - tells me I have been blocked, or e mail is spam. Spoke to agent yesterday who said yes there was a problem with their server. Still 24 hours later cant send.

I've had your mailbox unblocked. You should be able to send normally.

ADY-TT. Thank you I have done as you suggested and still no change. Some come back saying spam. Others say I am blocked. My tech guy is telling me it's a server issue on talk talk side or a VGE prob who supply the e mail. I really appreciate your time in helping

Our systems aren't showing any issues with your mailbox. When the mailbox is blocked, but the systems don't show it a password reset will fix it. You need to reset the password to a new password that's never been used before with the mailbox.

Ady - talk talk. Thank you but 4th day and I still cannot send. Comes back as 'spam'. Can't send e mail to myself as suggested as it comes back. Thank you

Hi Jenmac55, I've checked the systems and there's nothing showing specifically for your mailbox. We have some incidents open for customers being unable to send mail. In webmail are you able to send a mail from your talktalk mailbox to the same mailbox?
