hi all. since the mail upgrade i have four email addresses in mail manager but only three show on my webmail page i have tried resetting password,and regestering the address again but it will not let me add it myself i have visited the help desk twice but still no good just wondered if anyone else had this problem any help would be appreciated thanks ps i am still sending and receiving on the missing address

I'll just need the specific one that's missing, kindly confirm if you've received any comms on that email asking you to subscribe to every mail.

no. no red banner on outlook or thunderbird all ok there. it is just your webmail page it is missing from

@ninegt999 I have to look into your account. When you log in using Outlook is there a red banner asking you to subscribe to EveryMail?
