Still not had my account linked despite being assured it would be.

@angelique-TT, if you check edit / message history you will see that I had cleared it from public view.

 

However if the page had not refreshed, you might have continued to see it. As the information can linger on open pages, it's essential that it's removed as soon as the post is viewed. 

 

You can review edit history from the 3 dot menu in that post and you will see that it had been done by me several minutes previously.

@angelique-TT, you have replied twice to the customer since they posted the email address but not removed the email address from public display. 

 

@Scouser2, I have removed the displayed email address from your post.

 

Go to the community profile area and add the email address that needs to be attached in Private Notes near the end of the Personal Information area. SAVE CHANGES. 

 

If your Personal Information has been completed fully with your account number or Talktalk phone number, staff should have all the information on record that they need for future reference. 

 

NB Make sure that the details in there are correct for your current home address and account number.

Yes it is my email account. It was registered at my old address but I have since moved house. I am still a talktalk broadband customer . I had a webchat a few weeks ago with Mara, who said she would link my account but I don't think it has been done.
