Moving emails to files

Why is it that I can no longer move emails to files?

@dbgacc, have you tried the right click trick outlined by Fr8ys above?

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. You can individually.

 

Depending on the way you are accessing, on a PC right mouse click the email you wish to move which brings up a menu. Select move.

 

Or if on a phone or tablet, swipe left and the menu appears.

 

You can also move a message, I believe, but I've not tried it, with it opened by using the three dots on the taskbar.

 

I haven't found a way to move multiple message to a folder at once since the change.
