My webmail has been hacked - I have not received any emails since Monday morning. Emails in my sent folder have all disappeared and a new 'Archive 2025' folder has appeared that I did not create. Because my email is hacked I can't sign into One Drive on my computer, and my folders aren't 'syncing' so therefore my webmail isn't syncing so I am not receiving emails - everytime I try to sign into One Drive it wants to send verification codes to my Talk Talk email, which is the email that I am signed in with - but that email is hacked so I won't get those codes. I am literally going around in circles - any help or ideas needed please!!!

Clear browser cache and cookies or use a different browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox).

Forum staff are not back on here before Monday and you probably need this sorted out ASAP.
Also run antivirus / malwarebytes etc on all devices to check that there are no nasties on there.

Hi, thanks for the advice to reset my password. However I cannot do this as the 'Forgotten Password' link I clicked on the initial login page to webmail just won't connect. I have a blank page with the whirring wheel in the middle - it has been like this for at least 20 minutes now, so I can't reset the password. Should it take this long to connect?????? Is there an alternative/better way to be able to reset my password?

Mine happened yesterday, you have just written exactly the same senecio I am going through, it is so infuriating.
