email listing

Until recently the latest email received would enter the inbox at the top of all other emails, therefore the newest unread emails were on the top of the list in the inbox. For some reason they now appear randomly in the middle of the list. Any suggestions?

Hi Winspear 

In TalkTalk Mail you can select the Inbox and then top right of the List view you'll see the More message options ellipsis icon. Select to see the menu and then set Sort by Date and Sort order Descending and the most recently received message will always be at the top of the List view and the folder will be entirely in date order.

Alternatively, if you want to see Unread messages at the top of the List view then select Sort by Unread.

Let me know that I've understood your requirements and that the display is now working as you expect.
