Hi,
Worried - today I should have had at least 2 or 3 emails from amazon notifying me of new dispatches that have not arrived as they should to my talktalk email account for this - I spoke with amazon and everything is ok and set up correctly which leaves one other place - talktalk - amazon send emails to one of my talktalk email accounts yet they have not arrived - i had noticed in the past that emails will turn up on my stand alone outlook on one of my devices but not the other devices and vv - something isnt right at talktalk can someone help please - and yes i have checked my junk emails not in there

Thanks Ady hope so but is a bit worrying missing emails not arrived so far but maybe amazon were economical with the truth when i spoke with them yesterday? Lets hope it clears, IT data & tel & other globally now is so massive my opinion is that it is pretty much out of control and no company or government can promise anything now not even with AI, in fact AI is likely to make it worse in fact already is especially scams et cetera

Sorry to bother you again but just thought best to update you that I have just received some more emails from amazon with dispatch pdate emails on deliveries coming today so maybe the problem has cleared but still have those missing emails? what do you think?

Thanks for the reply, I just sent an email to myself on this email account / address and it got through ok, I dont know if others may not have made it or not as obviously I can be sent emails that dont arrive as I dont know when they were sent, I knew about the amazon dispatch notice emails as I was waiting for them and nothing turned up hence contacting you after I spoke wit amazon. It seems odd just these emails from amazon confirming goods have been dispatched, like last night the amazon customer services sent me a test email and it got through to this same email address no problem, this morning I got another type of email from amazon you know a marketing email with offers, so this is strange - is their any reason talktalk bots stopped / filtered out these amazon emails from getting through to me you know talktalk filerting out spam et al when it is this time an important email to me. But what is also strange is I asked amazon to resend the emails and the customer services tried but told me they could not as it reported an error sending when they tried - maybe it is an amazon problem after all this time? What do you think - is there any reason talktalk would filter / stop standard amazon dispatch notices from getting to me, are any other talktalk customers getting similar?
thanks again for your help realise it is not straight forward to locate an error sometimes
oh the other thing i forgot to mention is that i also use norton vpn but i have now tried several devices to get the emails from amazon downloaded but nothing - i am also remembering this happened once last year or the year before from amazon for the same type of email so starting to wonder now

Are you able to send emails to yourself? Are there other senders you are expecting, but not receiving.
