When looking at emails, attachments are not downloading, on MacBook using IMAP & outlook.
Also need to shut down & re start to send emails, I have deleted & re loaded account settings, any ideas?

Yes the settings for tiscali are the TalkTalk ones. Only the TalkTalk ones should be used now.

Tried re loading, also gone into webmail which I don't use & the emails I had deleted in outlook were still there, cleared all these, made no difference. Are the settings for Tiscali mail the same as talk talk?

Hi ivanblandG740, is your mail working normally in webmail? Have you removed the accounts from outlook and then added them back as new accounts rebooting after each step?
