please please please can someone tell me how to reset my forgotten e-mail password. I have given an alternative e-mail address and am still waiting for the promised link . I am not computer literate and am getting to the end of my tether

Hi, @BellaBella1 

You say, 'I have given an alternative e-mail address'

Can you tell us, who you gave the alternative e-mail address to?

Did you yourself set the alternative e-mail address via Mailbox Manager or was it set for you, via phoning TalkTalk staff?

After an alternative e-mail address has been properly set, a link sent to an alternative e-mail address, should take only a minute to arrive.

Hi @BellaBella1 have you checked junk folders on your alternative email?
