I'm not receiving emails or being able to send emails using my Tiscali.co.uk account. This problem is intermittent. I'm using Apple Mail on my phone and Mac mini. I get the box message 'Cannot send message using the server Tiscali.co.uk with option of highlighting 'Try Later' or 'Try With Selected Server'

Any help would be gratefully received.

HI brynharrison, are you using the settings as laid down in the Email Settings help article? If not you need to make the necessary changes so that you're mailbox will continue to work normally.
