emails from tesco

Tried to get email from Tesco, but they say they are being blocked by TalkTalk. Why ?

I have not had any for over 2 weeks now......plus other emails not arriving to Lineone.

It must be time for some compensation for lack of service (what are their rules on this?)...there is not even a log of progress.
