Sorry about messing up the thread ADY ....I didn't realise I was doing that , it certainly was unintentional. I'm fairly new to this site and find it all quite confusing. (Another problem of getting old!)....33JM81

I have not had any for over 2 weeks now......plus other emails not arriving to Lineone.

It must be time for some compensation for lack of service (what are their rules on this?)...there is not even a log of progress.
