Unable to Send or Receive Emails

I have been unable to send (going into drafts) or receive emails using Outlook (new) since last Thursday early evening but I am still somehow getting those annoying ad emails each time I open up. I have done all the usual checks and can access and send emails via TalkTalk webmail. Perhaps an update has caused an incompatibility or something like that? Anyone have any knowledge of why this may have happened?

Hi, @jbetts07
Yes, Outlook (new) still has some teething problems.
If your TalkTalk Webmail is working OK, I would uninstall Outlook (new), and then reinstall it. It will probably fix most of itself up.
Yes I also get some special AD emails, allowed by Outlook (new), though not that many.
Since it's not that many, I just delete them.
