Hi
I have been experiencing issues receiving some emails over the last week or so. I have been a talk talk/tiscali email user for over 20 years and up until recently was paying £5 a month this seems to have stopped and i am not sure why - i have not received any emails about transferring emails etc please can you help?

The information provided by @Gliwmaeden2 is correct, the switch to Everymail is automatic for TalkTalk mail plus customer, you do not have to do anything. However you should have received communication advising of the migration. Looking into your account you cancelled the direct debit in April and we are no longer able to take payment and no manual payment has been made. I would advise please settle the outstanding balance, I will send you more details via private message.

The switch to Everymail should happen automatically, @Mandyjb1, but there may have been a glitch.
If paying by DD there shouldn't have been anything for you to do at all, ....at least that's the idea:
