i tried logging in says incorrect password, tried forgot password but just keeps whirling so cant enter any details . 1 did the call box chat yesterday (friday) they said they would reset for me and send link to my alternative email and my mobile . but not had anything

Sorry to ask, so is your issue that you can't log in and use your email, or that your email needs linking?
Have you forgotten your password?
Have your tried resetting this? Do you have a recovery email address or phone number?
It sounds like there is more at play here so if you outline all the issues you are facing and any steps you have tried to rectify this support staff will pick this up next week for

Thanks for starting your own thread @markd5 but can you please confirm if you've had emails regarding subscribing to Everymail and have a red banner when accessing Webmail.
