incoming webmail not showing in Inbox

No new emails are showing in my Inbox but I can find them if I search for the sender's email address. I appear to have received no emails since 26 Sep but they are all there if I search for them. How do I fix this?

Thanks for posting back on the other topic - so the issue was connected with the hack.

Your other topic mentions being hacked. Have you checked whether the hacker has set up any rules?

 

To check, click on gearwheel (top right of webmail) -> All settings -> Mail -> Rules.

TalkTalk is fine, when there are no issues, but getting issues resolved can be a real headache.
Incorrect information on TalkTalk help pages is unhelpful.

Strange new development, @jncape, but I am sorry, there won't be a response from staff before Monday.
