I have had several emails allegedly from TalkTalk telling me that I have a lot of viruses.  I have just discovered that I have not received some emails but I still receive others.  can you advise me please.

Hi SidBarker, when you hover over the senders email address does it show as sent by TalkTalk or is it a random email address?

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

It's always a good idea to run a check for viruses and malware anyway, @SidBarker.

 

The emails are probably all phishing scams, and our addresses do get harvested sometimes and then get targeted. 

 

You can reset your email password, so take a look at this article:

But if you are finding that Talktalk email is behaving erratically, I am afraid that's not very unusual these days. It goes through phases so some sender addresses may get treated as spam or blocked even if perfectly innocent.

Ensure that you have completed your community forum profile details for Talktalk staff to identify your account. 

 

Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu....add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. Scroll down to find the button to SAVE CHANGES.
