emails from bank not arriving

I’ve recently received a letter from my bank stating that my email notifications aren’t getting through to me.

I‘ve checked my bank account details and they have the correct email address for me.

I’ve spoken to them on the phone about this and they suggested that perhaps there’s a block on the domain.

How can this be sorted?

All of my other mail is arriving ok.

It just seems to be emails from my bank which aren't getting through.

Okay thanks for letting me know please confirm whether you are unable to receive emails from the bank or if other recipients are also affected.

Thanks for your message nambuso-TT.

I've checked the spam/junk folders ... my bank emails aren't going there.

They're not arriving, just bouncing back to the bank.

Hi there @BMD25 Check your spam or junk folder: Sometimes, legitimate emails may end up here. If you find emails from your bank, mark them as "Not Spam."

Please complete your community forum profile details for Talktalk staff to identify your account, @BMD25.

 

Don't post any personal information in the actual thread - just go via your avatar; settings; add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. Further down, in Private Notes add the specific email address that should be receiving the bank's notifications. 

 

Further down still, click on SAVE CHANGES. 

 

There will be a response after the weekend from staff. They are on here, daytime, Monday to Friday.
