All my emails are going to my archive folder instead of the main folder. It was working before but had to many emails in the main folder. How do I get it back to how it was before?

Hi SusanLundie, I've disabled both of the filters in webmail for you. Your mail will no longer go straight to the archive

I have this problem too, which started a week ago, when I finally realised all my incoming webmail was going into the Archive folder, which meant it won't download into Thunderbird on my PC until I move it into my Webmail Inbox . I have cleared out all my old emails from the Inbox in webmail, but it still goes straight to Archive, which means I still cannot get my emails downloaded into Thunderbird on my PC.
Ady below from the support team says "have you logged into webmail and checked for mail filters". Yes I have, but I cannot find any filters to instruct the app to download email to the Inbox by default. Can anyone help please?

Hi Carol89, have you logged into webmail and checked for mail filters?
