I have two email addresses for 25 years and these operate on my desk top with no problems.
I changed my mobile from a Samsung J4 to a A56 and although the A56 phone recognised the two addresses I do not receive and cannot send emails. The J4 worked ok.
How to fix this. On my desk top the emails are through Outlook. i do not have that on the mobile . I understand Outlook is to be taken from the market place later in this year

If you are set to POP on your PC and emails are downloaded here first, then they will not be available on your phone.
If it is set to POP, then change this to IMAP ALand set your phone to IMAP too.
You may have to delete your account in Outlook and then add it again.
Re Outlook, I use Thunderbird on both my PC and Phones, both set to IMAP and have had no issues. It seems more reliable than Outlook, judging by the number of issues reported on the Forum.
Outlook themselves, I understand, have stated there are issues with using TalkTalk mail with Outlook.
