Hi I am currently paying £5 monthly  by direct debit for email with TalkTalk and 'aware of the migration to Everymail. I received notification from my bank that a new direct debit had been set up by Everymail which at the time I wasn't aware of so thought it was a scam and cancelled the direct debit . They had already taken £5 for October

My concern now is that if I don't set up the direct debit again before Oct 31st I will lose my email facility and archived messages.

I have tried to find contact details for Everymail without success.

Hope someone can point me in the right direction

Log into your email on Everymail and either go to my account and from there set up the dd again, or once signed in use chat to ask them how to set it up.

Staff here cannot help as Everymail is a totally different system and company.

Hope this helps.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here: How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - Help & Support.
