Hi, I’m having the same problem. I can go into my passwords in my phone and I can see it but when I try to change it, the site doesn’t recognise it. Any help would be appreciated.

In this case, I can't answer that one, as I do not have such an email address myself. I have asked one of TalkTalk's support team to pick up your thread and investigate it for you.

They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday), excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent, you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.

It's a Tiscali email address which @Mikehdavies displayed in full in the first post, @KeithFrench.

 

@Mikehdavies, I removed the email address from public display as you should NEVER post personal information details in the public thread.
