Hi Team,
One of My e mail addresses has stopped working. I believe this is a pass word problem. However, I'm unable to change my pass word because talktalk does not recognised my account No. . This account is e mail only. Could you please verify my account which was paid for on 18/07/2025? Just to confirm my main email is working fine. I urgently need to resolve this problem as its this email address by which I use theNHS app.

Hi @Mikehdavies I've taken out your email address and account number from the post. Please avoid sharing personal information on public forums. The account number that you have provided matches our records. The bill was generated on the 11.07.2025 and you paid the bill on the 12.07.2025. When you say one of your email is not working, can you try to access the email via TalkTalk Mail and check if you are able to access that email address there.
