Thanks for help - I downloaded Classic Outlook and it worked fine.

Eventually copied my Contacts List over, so all's well.

By the way, some "help" advice said to use MS Mail, which my WIndows 11 does not have; and I used TalkTalk email briefly but didn't like appearance (too many ads) but it worked.
