this week my incoming emails on both my oppo phone and laptop are going to the end of the emails rather than me seeing new emails, I only discovwred where the incoming emails were y chance...any suggestions to revert to normal

Is it the copying you don't understand? You've been prolific setting up filtering so I'm guessing you know how to do that.

Hi topper, could you do one more thing for me. Please copy the contents of your mail filter that's active in webmail and then delete the filter from webmail and test again. The filter is massive and could potentially be causing a problem.

Thanks but it's not that..strangely once I have opened and read a new mail it jumps to the newest emails where it should have been before reading. The fact this is happening on both my mobile and laptop suggests to me it's a talktalk issue?..puzzling.

Try clicking on the  date header. You may be sorting oldest-newest.
