I have received warnings about losing access to my email by the end of July. I'm an existing broadband customer so should be migrated without charge but it seems this has not happened.
I found this post which seems to explain it: https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Email/Important-information-about-changes-to-your-TalkTalk-Email... I have filled in my mailbox details in the Private Notes of my profile.
Could my email be migrated please so I don't loose access.
