I had an instruction to change my email account to everymail, It wasn't until I signed that I was informed that it would cost £5 per month, but if my broadband was supplied by TalkTalk, It wouldn't change.
Now I find from everymail, I have to get a ticket from TalkTalk, although TalkTalk and everymail agree that TalkTalk are my Broadband provider I won't be changed. Can you help me get this ticket and sort it out

The customer states they are a broadband user so should stay with TalkTalk not Everymail
A Webform is required to be filled.
