my e mails are bouncing into recipient's junk box - why is talktalk.net not up to MARC standards?

I am aware that my e mails are often being treated as spam or junk by my recipients. I rarely know this at the time so wonder why my messages are not attended to.

It seems that Talktalk.net e mail addresses are not up to MARC vetting standards but have been left behind.

How do we get Talktalk to sort this issue?

Thank you for getting back to us @Borderscot I'm sorry to hear that you are having this issue, there could be many reasons why this is happening, below are some of the common reasons this can happen. Sometimes When a sender's email is being delivered to junk folder it has to do with the recipient's email settings as well.

Recipient's Email Settings: Recipients may need to add you to their contact list or Safe Senders list to prevent your emails from going to junk

Past Spam Identification: If your emails have been identified as spam in the past, this can affect future deliveries

Content Triggers: Certain keywords or phrases in your email content may trigger spam filters.

Email Volume: Sending a large volume of emails in a short period can also raise flags with email providers.

I believe you mean DMARC, in which case they are. They also utilise Open Xchange which is also DMARC compliant.

There are many causes of why your emails may not be being delivered correctly, one of which may be your email address has been classified as sending spam, maybe without your knowledge and is being used by spammers who are spoofing it.

Staff here can look into this for you so please complete your profile and add the affectedvemail address in the private notes field which only you and staff can view.

For a quicker reply can you please ensure you have your personal information up to date in your profile including your TalkTalk landline phone number so your account can be traced. Link here - https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile:personal-info
If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.
Please post back when done.
Thank you
