my email has become unusable my folders have disappeared , i cannot send any messages only receive

over the past few weeks all my folders have disappeared, and  I cannot send messages , only receive them.

a talktalk assistant tried a few weeks ago to retrieve my archive  but failed.

forgetting about the past, is there any chance I may be able to stay with talktalk by

uninstalling  and reinstalling the app provided I can keep my present emai address?

Hi franconapoletano, are you using TalkTalk webmail or another mail client? When did you last reset your password?

I Have the same issue, I'm have a phone conference later but I have found that if you search mail for the folder name, the mails appear but the folders are still lost. You could perhaps move them manually although it's still a problem for missing emails.
