I have a pipex email address which I use on my desktop and my ipad mini. Overnight it stopped receiving emails on my ipad and I am getting a message saying that authentication has failed. I am still able to send emails from the ipad. I have checked the settings and they all seem to be correct. Authentication for incoming emails is supposed to be my password, which I had not changed. I have re-entered the correct password but it's still not working. Email is working fine on my desktop. Does anyone have any ideas as to how I can solve this problem, as I am flummoxed! Thanks.

Hi there. so you are able to receive your emails using your desktop however you are unable to receive them using your ipad ?
