Hi DarceY, are you able to send using TalkTalk webmail?

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

You will need to enter some details in your Community Profile

to associate your Community presence in this thread, with your main TalkTalk account

Click the link above and enter your TalkTalk telephone number or account number, and then Save.

 

Also for anyone to answer your question, you'll have to provide some details of the problem.
