Hi, I can receive but not send email from my tinyworld.co.uk email address which I pay for

 

 

This is the message from today when I tried to send an email:

"An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request."

 

Can anyone help please?

 

This is very troublesome.

Good luck, but individual help has not helped in the past and it's taken a global fix to work.

 

Please though start a new thread if you wish support from the forum.

I am in the same position right now and talking to a TalkTalk engineer on Live Chat.

This is the fourth time in about the last six months the same thing has happened. The last three times, the engineer on Live Chat has resolved the problem in about an hour. I'm 45 minutes in at the moment!

This has been reported as an issue and referred to the forum manager to send to the relevant team.

 

I have updated the Pinned post on the forum and suggest you check there for updates, but given it's Friday we might not hear anything until Monday.
