I’ve just suggested that I’ll be doing that to someone else on this thread. My partner emailed the CEO of PayPal to sort an issue recently. It seemed to work

I phoned the help desk on 0345 172 0088. I was on a call for an hour and then the guy said he was going to escalate. If it’s not fixed by mid day tomorrow I will email the CEO of TalkTalk.

Latest update from Chez ChrisG15. Can receive but still the same send error message. 24 hours now...................... I am having to copy and paste to gmail emails which is not ideal when we are paying for a service

It will be daytime before you see any replies. Staff are on here Monday to Friday, but there's a lot to get through with email woes at the moment and generally only one member of staff on this board.

That would be a total disaster for me. Loyalty gets you nowhere these days! I once emailed the CEO over a frustrating issue with my network connection. I was off line for 3 weeks til I emailed her and was back on within 3 hours of that email! On the verge of doing it again!

I feel your pain. The only reason I stay with TalkTalk is because I’ve been using the @Tinyworld email as a main email for 25 years now. Gonna have to switch to gmail or hotmail. Job and half that will be

Hi Lillipop, I would agree we (a legacy minority) have been overlooked. We have had an email about upcoming webmail changes that will improve our user experience. My @Tiscali.co.uk is still working. Have a horrible feeling it could be the end for sending emails from tinyworld. Fortunately it’s still receiving emails. I phoned and spent an hour on the phone for nothing to be sorted. It’s been escalated. 24hour sla.

This is @Lyon-Pike's thread. It hasn't reached staff attention because you have all piled on here. It can't reach staff if you do this.
Talktalk gets a much better appreciation of the scale of a problem if you post your own separate topics, and this helps avoid any confusion between accounts / customers in the replies.

I had the same issue last Sunday and ended up with someone asking me to use different browsers, then kept asking me if i am getting email and yet at the onset I had mentioned that was receiving ok but could not send. Also told her that I was getting an error message to do with server. After nearly 2+ hours of chat she decided to escalate the issue to next level and with 15 minutes it was sorted. Now today we have the same issue. Totally useless!

Plus one. Stopped working then working now stopped again. On the Talk Talk system status page for Email it is showing no known problems.
It would be helpful if there was acknowledgement of a problem and some information that someone is working on a fix.

Me too. I raised it in the live chat and said others were having same issue but still had to go through 'the process' of checking everything I'd already done. I'm pretty sure some changes have been made at the server end and the tinyworld domain has been forgotten about. Very few of the tech folk online even know about it.
