Can’t send emails from tinyworld.co.uk

I can receive emails but can’t send from my tinyworld.co.uk email address. How do I get this fixed?  All my server settings look good.

Hi...Thanks again to ALL who assisted in trying to solve this issue.

Thanks to you, Ady, in particular who tried to escalate and get help.

We all know things can go wrong....when things we take for granted fail we get frustrated and cross.

The best way forward has to be to complain to those at the top who usually avoid most of the flack. 😁

We love our tinyworld e mail address and want to keep it  ..  [has to be 35 years at least]    🤞

Hi Lyon-Pike, the community stars who have been assisting and moderating on this thread are customer volunteers who help others as a kindness. I am a TalkTalk employee as are my colleagues who have OCE before their names. If you want to complain to the CEO about the service received I would suggest you do that you'll find the contact details for the team who handle complaints at the bottom of every TalkTalk webpage.

It wasn’t personal info. It was the work email addresses of people who could help sort out a problem for one of its customers.

If you check the Community Guidelines it does state that personal details should not be posted.

I have to disagree with you. Also you had no right to edit my message. You are no customer. You’re an employee of TalkTalk pretending to be a customer. Unbelievable. I was just trying to help one of your customers sort out their problem. 

By the way those emails are already out there in the public domain.

@Lyon-Pike, it's not really OK to put these addresses in the thread.

 

Even if they are business email addresses. People can find them when they need them, but,  especially the second one, was a referral. 

 

It's safer to keep the good habit of not posting any live email addresses on the public board.

Hi Hilary, sorry to hear this. Mine does seem to be working again. I’m not confident it will remain ok though. I’d email XXXX@talktalkplc.com. I got an automated reply directing me to XXXXX@talktalkplc and sent her an email. 
I guess I don’t understand why it’s fixed for some of us and not you.
